High silica mesh with phenolic coating

It is weaved of high silica roving with SiO2 >/=96% in 3D way, then sintered of high temperature coated with phenolic resin. This kind of product is used to filter impurities when casting iron. According to customer's requirement , the finished product can be supplied with flat or pressure .

Area weight: 360g/m2~380g/m2

mesh size : 1.5mm(8 mesh), 2mm(7mesh), 2.5mm(6mesh),

Temperature resistance : 1660ºC
